_Q: What if I register for a session, but then can't attend?
A: You may transfer to a future session, send someone to take your place or cancel without penalty at any time up to two weeks prior to your session. If you provide Minding Moments with less than two weeks' notice, or fail to attend, you will be liable for the entire session fee. We appreciate that this is an important investment for you and your company and would like to accommodate your needs the best we can.
Q: What can I do if I'm not satisfied with a seminar that I attended?
A: At Minding Moments, we guarantee the quality of our sessions. In fact, 98% of our participants say they would recommend the session they have taken to their colleagues.
