Constructively Dealing With "Cynics"
_ “Cynic” personalities are the ones you do not want to be around because of their completely negative attitude which robs the team of motivation or excitement and replaces it with hopeless apathy. Driven by the need for perfection, “Cynic” personalities constantly find fault with what’s being done, where it’s being done, when, by whom, and most importantly how it’s being done. This negativity is often expressed through complaining and excessive criticism. “Cynic” personalities don’t necessarily intend to be unkind or make others miserable; they actually see the world as one shortcoming after another and believe that they are helping fix things. This course will arm you with a strategic step-by-step process to help you accomplish the goal of transitioning the “Cynic” personality from nay saying negativity to problem solving.
